Winemaker's Notes:
The wine has a bright ruby color. The nose is elegant with aromas of raspberry and black pepper. On the palate the wine is rich with ripe blackberries, black cherry fruit and hint of cedarwood. A supple mouthfeel with a beautiful structure comprised of elegant soft tannins. Crafted to be a stylish Pomerol, “By Clinet” Pomerol can be enjoyed now and for the next fifteen years.
Food pairings include satay, roasted beef rib, boiled sliced beef in Sichuan pepper sauce.
