A blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault from 30 year-old vines in clay soils, this full-bodied dry red is robust and savory. Fermentation takes place separately, and the wine is aged in foudres for 18 months. Pair this dark-fruited, herbaceous red with smoked lamb and rosemary.
